Helping You Show Perimenopause Who’s Boss

If you’ve been feeling like your body and mind have started a whole new chapter without sending you the memo, you’re not alone. Perimenopause can bring unexpected changes, some subtle, others impossible to ignore, and it often leaves women wondering, “Is this normal? Is it just me?” It can feel like the rules you’ve always known about your health, energy, and even your moods have been rewritten overnight.

I know this because I’m living it too.

And because of my personal journey and professional training, I also know this chapter of life doesn’t have to feel like a constant uphill battle. It can actually become a season of rediscovery, confidence, and renewed energy, but only if you have the right kind of support.

That’s why I created my 1:1 coaching program, Reset to Radiate.

My path to this work wasn’t just a straight line of certifications and degrees, although I have those: I’m a nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Certified Menopause Specialist, and a Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist, with a degree in psychology.

But just as importantly, I’m a woman in my late 40s who has personally navigated some big health challenges (and frustrations!) in recent years.

  • I’ve recovered from burnout

  • Lost a significant amount of weight

  • Had surgery on my heart, and

  • Made major changes to my lifestyle

Those changes didn’t happen overnight, they came from listening to my body, making adjustments, and discovering what actually worked for me.

As I looked ahead to the next decade, I knew perimenopause and menopause would be a major part of my health story.

And I wanted to be ready!

So, I dove deeper into learning everything I could, not just for myself, but for the women around me who were quietly (and sometimes not so quietly!) sharing their own struggles.

Some of my most revealing moments came during simple conversations with friends (we also had a few laughs at some of our stories 😉).

They would tell me about

  • hot flashes

  • sudden weight gain

  • aching joints

  • brain fog

  • or mood swings that seemed to appear out of nowhere

The physical symptoms were only part of it, many of them were also

  • feeling anxious

  • less confident

  • and even disconnected from parts of their lives they used to enjoy

There was a shared frustration that they couldn’t find clear answers or trusted guidance.

Too often, their doctors had brushed off their concerns or offered quick, one-size-fits-all suggestions that didn’t fit their real lives. Not to mention being told by family and friends “it’s just part of aging”...talk about one way to get an already frustrated woman even more annoyed!

At the same time, social media and Google were offering endless streams of “advice”, some helpful, much of it not, making it even harder to know who or what to trust.

It became obvious to me: women in perimenopause didn’t just need more information. They needed personalized support.

Someone who would listen without judgment, understand both the physical and emotional layers of this stage of life, and work with them to create realistic, effective solutions. And provide some laughs along the way 😉.

That vision became Reset to Radiate

This isn’t a rigid, prescriptive program. It’s a 1:1 coaching partnership.

We start by looking at your unique menopause archetype and the specific symptoms or changes you’re experiencing. From there, we build a completely customized plan that fits into your lifestyle, whether that means rethinking your nutrition, finding the type of exercise your body responds to best, creating strategies to boost your energy and mental clarity, or simply having a safe place to talk about what’s going on without feeling judged.

We meet for 12 private coaching sessions, scheduled weekly or biweekly depending on your needs, and every step of the process is tailored to you.

My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered to make choices that work for your body and your life.

That kind of support can take a huge weight off your shoulders, because when you’re no longer navigating this alone, everything feels a little lighter and more manageable.

While Reset to Radiate is just beginning, every conversation I’ve had about it has been met with excitement and relief. Women are ready to have these conversations openly. I truly believe we’re on the cusp of a cultural shift, where perimenopause will no longer be something women are expected to quietly endure.

Doctors are starting to learn more, but their time is limited.

That’s where health coaching comes in, offering deeper, ongoing, personalized support that goes beyond a ten-minute appointment or a quick internet search.

If you’ve been craving understanding and want to feel confident navigating this next phase of life, I’d love to invite you to book a free consultation with me.

We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what’s most important to you right now, and whether coaching could be the supportive, life-changing next step you’ve been looking for.

You don’t have to go through this alone. You deserve to feel good in your body, clear in your mind, and confident in your future, and Reset to Radiate was created to help you do exactly that.
